OYO SACA, LACA TAKE HIV EDUCATION TO SCHOOLS

The Oyo State Agency for the Control of AIDS (OYSACA) and its Local Organizing Committee on AIDs (LACA Managers) in commemoration of this year, 2022 World AID’s Day have taken  awareness campaign on HIV/AID’s to some selected secondary schools across the geopolitical zones in the state.

The activities which simultaneously took place in all the schools this morning while students were holding their assemblies allowed them (the students) to ask questions bordering their minds on issues concerning HIV/AIDs.

Among the Schools visited were; Oba Abass Alesinloye Grammar School, Eleyele, Ikolaba High School, Ikolaba, Methodist Grammar School, Ojurin Bodija,  Community Grammar School, Sasa Ojoo, Estate High School, Akobo and Queen of Apostles Sec. Grammar School, Oluyoro, all in Ibadan.

Also visited were, Lanlate High School in Ibarapa East Local Government and Ekunle High School, Iseyin. Others are Ladigbolu Grammar School in Oyo, Ogbomoso Baptist High School, Sunsun in Ogbomoso South, and Irepo Grammar School, Igboho in Oorelope Local Government of Oyo State.
